This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners' objection dt.23.10.2019 pursuant to the Notification issued by the Government for acquiring the petitioners' land admeasuring Ac.21-33 guntas in Sy.No.169, 170/1&2, 171, 172, 173, 181, 174 and 176, situated at Yedula Village, Gopalpet Mandal, Wanaparthy District, under Palamur-Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Project and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to disburse the compensation amount to anyone without considering the objections of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced written instructions stating as follows; "Now, the Executive Engineer, PRLIS, Division No.2, Nagarkurnool, has submitted requisition in Form-B, B1 and B2 to an extent of Acs.48.02 gts., including remaining Sy.No.171 (Ac.0.16 gts), 172 (Ac.0.22 1⁄2 gts), 173 (Ac.1.24 gts), 181 (Ac.0.05 gts.) covered in Writ Petition and same was issued Preliminary Notification vide the District Collector, Wanaparthy file No.G/2400/2018, dated 26.11.2018, present it is DD stage

only, while taking steps for acquisition of lands under the new Land Acquisition Act 30 of 2013, the objection petition dt.23.10.2019 of the petitioners will be examined and necessary action is being taken for the remaining Sy.No.171 (Ac.0.16 gts), 172 (Ac.0.22 1⁄2 gts), 173 (Ac.1.24 gts), 181 (Ac.0.05 gts.) as per the ownership documents of the concerned."

Since the objections of the petitioners are acknowledged by the respondents, recording the aforesaid instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioners, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
