Kuthala Narsappa v. The State Of Telengana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23540 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.G.Rajeshwar Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents.
The petitioner complains inaction in disposing of the request of petitioner for maintaining the entries in accordance with entitlement, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
The Assistant Government Pleader referring to written instructions dated 10.07.2018 submits that the mistake in maintaining the entries, in fact, is noticed by the 3rd respondent. Since the 3rd respondent cannot pass orders for maintenance of entries on-line, the 3rd respondent would send a report to 2nd respondent for enquiry and orders in this behalf.
The statement is placed on record and accepted. Writ petition is disposed of by this order:
(a) The 3rd respondent forwards a report as is deemed fit to 2nd respondent, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(b) The 2nd respondent affords opportunity to petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and passes final orders within four (04) weeks thereafter and communicates to all the parties. No orders as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
