As there was no representation for the petitioners on 19.09.2019, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption " for dismissal" on 20.09.2019. On 20.09.2019, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition was directed to be listed today.

Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption " for dismissal" , when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners is not present and there is no representation on their behalf. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
