THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 26864 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in registering the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.09.2019 against 3rd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.10.12.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sanathnagar P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner to the Station House Officer, Sanathnagar on 09.12.2019, a GD entry was made and as the contents of the said complaint are non-cognizable, the investigating officer addressed a letter to the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, to register a case under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC. He further submits that after obtaining permission from the said Court, a case was registered in Crime No.606/2019 under Sections 323, 504, 506 of IPC on the file of Sanathnagar Police Station on 09.12.2019.

Since, the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition pertains to non registration of crime which in view of the aforesaid written instructions stands redressed, no orders required to be passed.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
