It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by Order dated 20.02.2017 in WP Nos.4832 of 2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of Order dated 20.02.2017 in W.P.Nos.4832 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
