HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.26877 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.5 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner 06.11.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 10.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a G.D. entry was made, after enquiry, a case was registered vide Crime 762 of 2019 under Sections 354-C, 509 and 506 read with 34 IPC of Jagadgirigutta police station on 09.12.2019 and took up investigation.

Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition stands redressed, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No orders as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
