Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents 1 & 2, and Smt T.Aruna Kumari, Standing Counsel for respondents 3 & 4.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition on behalf of the A.P. State AIDS Control Society (APSACS) Employees Union seeking payment of annual increment sanctioned to the said employees by proceedings dt.25.07.2016 of the 3rd respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the said Union had given representations on 28.11.2016 and 08.12.2016 to the respondents 2 and 3 in that regard, but the respondents 2 and 3 have not passed orders thereon.

Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 state that the respondents 2 and 3 will dispose of the said representations within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dt.28.11.2016 and dt.08.12.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
