Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.1 to 3 have not registered any FIR against 4th respondent in spite of a complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29-07-2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that FIR No.290 of 2016 has been registered on 28-08-2016 by 3rd respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete investigation in accordance with law and file a final report before the competent Court. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
