HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 9928 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) In view of the order passed today in PIL No.517 of 2013, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner takes remedy for redressal of her grievance, we hope and trust that the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.
