.I in/and Crl.P.No.7872 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash C.C.No.364 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad. I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed seeking to permit the de facto complainant to compromise the matter with the petitioners in Criminal Petition No.7872 of 2019.

I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed seeking to record compromise and to quash C.C.No.364 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad. Along with this application, a joint memo supported by an affidavit of the de facto complainant is filed and the same are made part of the record. The said joint memo has been duly signed by the parties and their signatures are duly attested/verified by their respective counsel. It is inter alia stated in the affidavit that at the instance of the elders and well wishers, the disputes are amicably settled between the de facto complainant and the accused and as such, she does not intend to proceed with the case against the accused and seeks permission to withdraw her complaint in the above C.C.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the de facto complainant and the petitioners/accused are personally present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel.

The parties have produced their respective photographs and photostat copies of their Aadhar cards.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I find that it is a fit case to grant leave to the parties to compound the offences and to quash the aforesaid proceedings against the petitioners-accused.

In the result, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 are ordered. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and C.C.No.364 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, registered against the petitioners-accused is hereby quashed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
