As there was no representation for the petitioner on 06.10.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 03.11.2015. On 03.11.2015 also, despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', none appeared for the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was again directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the second respondent is present. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
