This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the official respondents in taking action against the unofficial respondents for their illegal and criminal acts against the petitioners and their properties in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.33 guntas situated in Sy.No.253/10 at Old Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam Urban, Khammam District. 2.
This writ petition was filed in the year 2015 and no counter-affidavit is filed as no notice was issued. 3.
In view of long lapse of time, it is not possible for this Court to adjudicate the dispute in the light of the prayer in the writ petition. Some subsequent events also might have happened. 4.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit a fresh complaint/representation to the 4th respondent if the grievance of the petitioners still subsists and it is for the 4th respondent to take appropriate action in the event of the petitioners submitting a complaint/representation.
