THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9661 of 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/A4, A5 & A6 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.261 of 2023, on the file of Suryapet Police Station (Rural), Suryapet district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 354, 509, 342, 506, 364-A, r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The defacto complainant in the present case has filed a complaint before the Kukatpally Police which is registered as Crime No.760/2023 on 29.08.2023. On the very same day, a complaint was also filed at Suryapet Police Station which was registered as Crime No.261/2023. 4.
As seen from both the complaints, the allegations are one and the same with respect to amount of Rs.30 lakhs being taken from the defacto complainant in duress and coercion. Since crime was already registered at Kukatpally, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of Anticipatory Bail in the present crime which is on the very same facts.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed granting Anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A4, A5 & A6, subject to the following conditions:
1) The petitioners/A4, A5 & A6 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Suryapet Police Station, Suryapet District, on or before 16.10.2023. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/ A4, A5 & A6 on bail, on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioners/ A4, A5 & A6 shall appear before the concerned police on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for a period of eight weeks, for the purpose of investigation.
3) The petitioners/A4, A5 & A6 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
