HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2019 AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2428 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:
I.A. No.1 of 2019 is filed to permit the petitioner/1st respondent to compound the offence against the 1st respondent/revision petitioner by allowing the present criminal revision case.
Both the parties present and are identified by their respective counsel. They produced the Xerox copies of the Aadhaar cards and the same are made as part of the record. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and from a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is revealed that the dispute between the parties was settled amicably on 22.01.2019. Therefore, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal revision case is allowed. The conviction and sentence recorded against the petitioner/accused by the X Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.15 of 2011 dated 02.03.2012, as confirmed by the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad in Crl.A.No.228 of 2012 dated 14.11.2014 are set aside and the accused is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
