Writ prayer is substantially based on apprehension, hence, this Court is not persuaded to entertain the writ prayer. The dismissal of the writ petition does not mean that the 3rd respondent, if has reasons to cancel the assignment, can proceed against petitioner without recourse to law. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with the observations. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
