Vidya Rani, learned counsel for the Bank of India, states that the loan account in relation to which this writ petition was filed has already been closed.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
