HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20695 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus petition seeks production of the petitioner's brother - Mr. Rahmath Ullakhan @ Shahbaz Khan, alleging that respondent Nos.1 to 7 have illegally detained him. Sri Akkam Eshwar, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Mr. Rahmath Ullakhan has been arrested in connection with Crime No.321 of 2016 registered at Hazarathgunj Police Station, Luknow, and presently he is in judicial custody.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for appropriate remedy. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
