1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.579 of 2023 on the lile of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 354, 427, 147 and 148 rlw. 149 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Perusal of the record reveals that the offences alleged against these petitioners are punishable less than seven years, as such, the Investigating Officer in Crime No.579 of 2023 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon''lrle Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar u, State of

Biharr scrupulously. However, the petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation.
