HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A. No.1029 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 31.08.2010 in I.A.No.1238 of 2009 in O.S No.67 of 2009 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nellore.

2. The application filed by plaintiff for grant of temporary injunction was dismissed on merits and questioning the said order, plaintiff preferred the present appeal.

3. As seen from the letter dated 15.06.2016 from the Presiding Officer i.e., Special Judge for Trial of Offences Under SCs & STs (POA) Act, Nellore, the main suit O.S.No.67 of 2009 was dismissed on 16.03.2011 as withdrawn.

4. In view of disposal of the main suit, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

5. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
