The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C') by the petitioners/ accused l and 2 seeking to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No. 643 of 2O2L, on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Huzurnagar, arising out df F.I.R.No.168 of 2021 of Huzurnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427, 5O4 rlw 5O4 rlw 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
2. It is stated that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat. 3.
