This second appeal is of the year 2005. The second appeal was admitted on 05.1.2006. On 10.12.2013, learned counsel for the appellants was absent and there was no representation; hence, this court directed to list the second appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'. Since then the matter has been coming up under the same caption. On 27.12.2013, learned counsel for appellants was not present and there was no representation. Today also, learned counsel for the appellants is absent and there is no representation. It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the second appeal.

2. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. 3.

The miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
