When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that for reddressal of their grievance petitioners herein filed number of representations and the lost one being 2nd April, 2018. 2.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent NANDIGAMA NagarA Panchayat Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu that if any such representation is pending consideration as on today, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken by the respondents. 3.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to verify the representation dated 02.04.2018 said to have been field by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
