K.V.S.Bhaskara Rao, v. The Collector (P.R.),
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.3222 of 2012 ORDER:
As there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 09.11.2015 the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. The learned Standing Counsel representing the 4th respondent is present.
Sri K.S. Murthy, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6, 7, 9 and 10 would submit that though the said respondents are having approved plan in respect of their lands, by virtue of status quo orders granted in this writ petition, they are unable to proceed with the constructions. Be that as it may. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
