THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15855 of 2003 ORDER:

When this matter has come up for hearing on 09-11-2015 as there was no representation for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 27-11-2015.

2. When this matter was listed on 30-11-2015 under the caption of dismissal, as the respondents' Advocate prayed for time, the case was adjourned by two weeks after deleting from the caption of dismissal.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation. Neither advocate for petitioner present nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Considering these aspects, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, therefore writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
