THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12582 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.576 of 2015 on the file of Sanjeevareddy Nagar P.S., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and 506 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused abused the de facto complainant in the name of her caste. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there are previous cases against the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
