In this Writ Petition, the petitioner questions the action of respondent No.2 (Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupathi, Chittoor District), in not disposing of the appeal No.Roc H/3042/2015, filed under Section 5B of Record of Rights Act, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

I consider it appropriate, therefore, to dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the parties, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
