This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.09.2016 passed in ATA No.4 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District, East Godavari District at Rajamahendravaram, reversing the orders passed dated 13.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.550 of 2014 in A.T.C.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Special Officer-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram.

As per the office note, the Tenancy Court disposed of the ATC on 22.02.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main ATC, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
