THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2010 of 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner is directed against the orders dated 04.01.2012 of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar passed in IA.no.1773 of 2010 in OP.no.681 of 2008 filed under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 requesting for her impleadment as claimant no.6 in the aforementioned OP.

2. When the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, having produced a copy of the order dated 05.12.2014 of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District passed in LAOP.no.681 of 2008, would submit that since the main OP itself is disposed of, the question of impleading a party in the disposed of OP does not arise and that, therefore, the present CRP has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the OP has already been disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this CRP. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
