This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in carrying out entries in the online revenue records and issuing e-pass books with respect to the land of the petitioner in old Sy.No.340 of Vedalasrinivasapuram, Kalahasti Taluk B.N.Kandriga Mandal, Chittoor District as per the proceedings of the Settlement Officer, Nellore vide SR.No.243/15(1)/60/PN/KHT dated 14.12.1966, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.30528 of 2016 vide order dated 14.09.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for carrying out entries in the online revenue records and for issuance of E-pass books, in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
