THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.2548 of 2011 ORDER :

As can be seen from the proceeding sheet, the petitioner obtained interim stay in Crl.P.M.P. No.2641 of 2011, dated 29.3.2011. On 3.8.2017, the matter was adjourned at the request of the counsel for the petitioner. On 26.10.2017, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 2.11.2017.

In spite of the same, today, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, while vacating the interim stay granted in Crl.P.M.P. No.2641 of 2011, dated 29.3.2011.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
