ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 16.11.2016 to the third respondent and the learned Counsel submits that no action has been taken on the said representation and a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation within a time frame. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate orders will be passed on the said representation as per law.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nellore, Nellore District, third respondent herein, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner stated to have been submitted on 16.11.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
