1 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2 The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the then presiding officer of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under S.C. & S.T (PoA) Act-cum-X Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry was recently transferred.

3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the very purpose of filing of the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly Tr.CMP is dismissed as infructuous.
