This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioner/A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the docket order dated 02.07.2018 in C.C.No.1 of 2007 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Kurnool. 2.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Petitioner/A-4 is directed to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Kurnool on or before 17.07.2018 and to file an application seeking recall of NBW, in which case, the said Court shall recall the NBW. The petitioner / A-4 shall assist the Court for smooth completion of the trial. 3.
