THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23559 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner/R.2 on 27.06.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Sri Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation, submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-Municipal authorities to verify the representation, dated 27.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
