Sri V.V.Lakshmi Narayana learned counsel for the appellant has given a letter dated 16.08.2018 seeking withdraw of the entire appeal. There is no representation for the respondents. As per the said letter, the counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
