Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Sri T.V.Muralidhar requests this Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Contempt Case against the impugned demand for contravention of the direction of this Court in Writ Petition No. 35920 of 2012, dated 21.11.2012.

By granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
