CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 19149/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for release of one Jangam Ramu @ Bada, son of the petitioner herein. At the hearing, Mr. G. Chanikya, learned counsel representing Mr. N. Avaneesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the period of detention has expired and the detenu was released from the detention and that therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.23489 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
