THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY C.M.A. No.568 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 08.06.2007 in I.A.No.567 of 2007 in O.S.No.99 of 2007 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa.

2. Heard both counsel.

3. Both counsel with one voice submitted that status-quo order may be continued till disposal of the suit.

4. In view of the submissions made by both counsel, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of with a direction to maintain status-quo. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.99 of 2007, as expeditiously, as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
