Sri Palle Sriharinath, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, would submit that the parties i.e., the revision petitioner and 2nd respondent settled the maintenance claim outside the Court, and, therefore, no orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Revision Case.

He would submit that he also spoke to Sri Manoj Kumar Akula, learned counsel for the petitioner, and told that he would make such a submission as the one made in the above.

Sri Manoj Kumar, Akula, learned counsel for the petitioner supports the same.

Accordingly, recording the submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
