HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 530 of 2010 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not constituting a high power committee for categorization of posts among the Mechanical and Electrical Engineers before filling up of the posts created vide GO Ms. No.308, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 16.12.2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
