THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.3 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.8087 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.451 of 2019 of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323 and 324 read with 149 I.P.C.

Respondent No.2-de facto complainant filed I.A.No.3 of 2019 seeking permission of this Court to record the terms of compromise as agreed between him and the petitioner/accused with regard to settlement took place in all aspects with regard to the proceedings pending against the petitioner/accused before the police concerned. Along with the petition, both parties have filed Joint Memo, whereunder it is stated that at the intervention of caste elders and well-wishers of both families, the matter has been settled out of Court in order to put an end to the litigation and the 2nd respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in the aforesaid crime. 3.

Today, both the parties are present in-person before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They also filed Photostat copies of Aadhar cards and photographs in proof of their identity. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that at the instance of elders and well-wishers, they have settled the matter out of the Court and the 2nd

respondent-de facto complainant has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in the subject Crime. 4.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the Joint Memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.No.3 of 2019 is ordered.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.451 of 2019 of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
