Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the pass port in which correction is sought for itself expired in the year 2014, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
