This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to and connected with I.D.No.77 of 1998 on the file of the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, and quash the order dated 13.11.2001 passed therein.

Since the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
