Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-writ petitioners, who are present in Court today, also agree that the subject matter of these writ appeals are covered by the aforesaid judgments. Following the aforesaid judgments, and in terms thereof, all these Writ Appeals are also disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
