THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3743 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal is filed by the petitioner-A2, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.5 of 2016 on the file of Isvi Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w.34 IPC r/w.9-I APGA (Matka) Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature, the truth of which can be ascertained after due investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J March 21, 2016.
