HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.7150 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/ complainant seeks a direction to the Trial Court for speedy disposal of C.C.No.275 of 2016 pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Hyderabad. 2) Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that charges are framed and matter is coming up for trial but long adjournments are granted. It is seen that C.C. is of the year 2016, which is relatively a new matter. Hence, this Court cannot fix any date for disposal in view of the pendency of the old matters in that Court. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to make every endeavour to dispose of the C.C.No.275 of 2016 at the earliest, having regard to the pendency in that Court.

3) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
