HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4160 of 2015 ORDER:

This pe1tition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.2 under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 489(A) (B) and (C) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. Even though on the basis of confession the petitioner is arrayed as accused, taking into consideration the serious allegations made against him, and also recovery of huge amount, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
