THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3083 of 2016 ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/complainant having been aggrieved by the order, dated 28.09.2016, passed in C.C.S.R.No.2803 of 2016 by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a letter, dated 22.06.2017, is filed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating inter alia that instructions are received from the client for withdrawal of the case and making a request to post the matter before this Court for withdrawal. 3.

Learned counsel further submits that the revision case may be permitted to be withdrawn and may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
