THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.26954 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to refund of Rs.62,52,000/- paid to the respondents towards letter of intent and the petitioner has made an application on 22.11.2010 to that affect before the respondents.

The 2nd respondent by order dated 26.08.2019, which is impugned has simply rejected stating that the application is not viable for consideration.

When the matter came up for refund the funds, having received huge amounts, by way of single word rejecting the application of the petitioner is arbitrary and without application of mind. The respondents ought to have pass a speaking order. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass speaking order within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The impugned order dated 26.08.2019 is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
