HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24838 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 4 in interfering with the construction activities of the petitioners at Plot Nos.79, 78, 48, 70, 59, 73, 86, 87, 83, 84 & 54 in Survey No.112, situated at Sai Durga Nagar, Chengicherla Village, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 and 4 not to interfere with the petitioners' private property, without following due process of law. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.22802 of 2017, dated 11.07.2017, and the same is not disputed by Sri N.

Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and also learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.07.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.22802 of 2017, directing the respondents not to interfere with the construction activities of the petitioners in the subject plots, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
